We represent companies, executives, private persons, media professionals, governmental organizations, NPOs and NGOs in civil and criminal proceedings before all Swiss courts, including the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Moreover, we act for our clients in administrative proceedings before Swiss regulatory bodies (e.g., the Federal Office for Communications OFCOM, the Federal Communications Commission COMCOM, and the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy, and Communication DETEC) and in proceedings before media-specific bodies for resolving conflicts, such as the Swiss Press Council (“Schweizer Presserat”), the Ombudsman for Radio and Television Broadcasters, the Independent Complaints Authority for Radio and Television (“Unabhängige Beschwerdeinstanz für Radio und Fernsehen”), and the Swiss Fair Trading Commission (“Schweizerische Lauterkeitskommission”).
